We believe in being genuine and offer value to our customer's in terms of price, service and quality.

However we often learn from our customers about other retailers quoting them cheaper than us, thus we have drafted a genuine Price Promise Policy that is authentic & very easy to claim.

How it works?

It is unlikely that you will find any other retailer offering a better value price than us, in the event you find any like for like product offered which is cheaper compared to our prices, then we guarantee you to match/beat the price any day of the year provided the following conditions are met:

• The retailer offering the product is genuine * & the product is identical to ours.

• The item is offered from stock or is available on the same delivery time.

• The item price is inclusive of VAT and Delivery and assembly.

• The item is brand new and is not second hand or stock clearance or customer returns or from cancelled orders. The retailer is  not a clearance outlet warehouse.

• The retailer is based in the UK, reputable, and legally allowed to trade and has a store.

• You have provided us sufficient information to verify the retailer & product price.

• If the retailer has quoted you a cheaper price over the phone or over email, we require you to give us convincing proof about the quote.

*When we say the retailer must be genuine, we mean the retailer should not be Internet Only Website and must be an established furniture store like us, selling furniture as a business with a physical store and not an eBay seller or an Auction site or social media.

Sadly there are 100's of Internet companies selling furniture online in the UK at really low prices and then later compromise on service, delay customers deliveries and upon cancellation even fail to refund customers or go out of business. We therefore verify by checking length of time company has been operating and do not apply if it has been operating under 5 years.

Please note this price match policy is only considered/applied prior to purchase and delivery. After delivery this policy is not applicable retrospectively nor are refunds applicable on this basis.

Dream Express Furniture reserves the right to apply this Price Match Policy on a case by case basis at its discretion and can refuse in case by doing so it would incur a loss or have to compromise in service standards. Prices may change due to world/UK economic conditions and price changes and matches need to be considered. We are aware of copies of furniture which may look similar but but are built to a poorer standard of quality with variations in manufacturing quality and therefore we will not compromise on quality and reserve the right to refuse to price match at personal discretion.
